A property business can keep you busy all day without giving you enough time for the conversations that matter.
You rewrite a listing description. You work through buyer enquiries. You leave a show house with names to follow up, then the next urgent job arrives. If that sounds familiar, I would like to compare notes with you.
I am inviting property practitioners in Centurion, including Wierda Park, Eldoraigne and Highveld, to a practical 20-minute conversation. Bring one business challenge. We can look at how I use AI in my own work, discuss what would be useful in yours, and decide on a sensible next step.
There is more value in working through one useful example than in making a long list of what technology might do.
Listing marketing: turn verified property facts into a clear first draft, then check every claim and refine the message for the right audience.
Buyer enquiries: organise the questions that help establish a buyer’s needs, location, timing and next step.
Show-house follow-up: capture the agreed next action and follow up personally, using the visitor’s preferred contact method.
AI still needs judgement. A polished sentence does not prove a property fact. An enquiry is not a qualified buyer, and a message sent is not a relationship built. I remain responsible for reviewing the work and speaking with people.
My AI Real Estate Career Advisor, provided through Custom AI Solutions, is a starting point for agents who want to think about their goals, support needs and brokerage options.
Tell the assistant what you want to improve. You can explore questions about technology, training, working arrangements and eXp South Africa, then request a conversation with me if you wish. It is an AI assistant: read its privacy notice before chatting and leave out confidential client or employer information.
You do not need to decide to change agencies to have a useful discussion. I would rather understand your business than assume what you need.
If you want to explore that part of eXp’s model, use the official South African revenue-share calculator. Read its terms and the eXp income disclosure before interpreting any illustration.
Calculator results are hypothetical, not typical or guaranteed. Most participants earn supplemental or no income. Revenue share depends on production and requires time, effort and leadership. Business expenses can exceed earnings. Current eXp policies and eligibility requirements apply and can change.
I am sharing the official tool so you can ask informed questions. I am not presenting a projection of what you would earn.
Before choosing a brokerage, ask for the current South African fees and commission terms, what training and operational support are available, and which technology subscriptions you would need. Ask who will help with practical onboarding and how any ongoing support will work.
If you choose to apply and want me as your sponsor, confirm the correct sponsor details with official eXp onboarding before submitting. A visit to the career advisor, calculator or a webinar does not itself record a sponsorship choice.
After exploring the career advisor and calculator, tell me: what was useful, what was unclear, and what would you want to ask before taking another step? Feedback that challenges the idea is welcome too.
Start with the career advisor, or message me directly to request a 20-minute conversation. We will agree and confirm a time personally.
