You have tidied the house, made time for viewings and waited for the phone to ring. Then the feedback arrives: “Lovely home, but we are still looking.” What should you do with that?
For sellers in Wierda Park, Highveld and the wider Centurion area, a useful viewing report should help you decide what happens next. Ask for specific observations rather than a collection of compliments.

A buyer who needs a single-level home may love a house that does not suit their needs. That is different from a buyer who struggled to see the living space because rooms were cluttered. Ask what the buyer liked, what did not fit and whether the issue can reasonably be addressed.
One opinion is not a market verdict. If several independent buyers mention the same concern, discuss it with your practitioner. Is the photograph unclear? Does a room’s purpose need explaining? Is a repair worth obtaining a quotation for? Keep a short record so decisions are based on a pattern rather than the last conversation.

Do not change your price simply because a visitor makes a casual suggestion. Ask your practitioner to review relevant competing homes, available comparable sales evidence and the response to your own marketing. Asking prices and completed sale prices are different measures. Your home’s condition, features and circumstances also matter.
A useful next step might be clearer photographs, a revised description, a modest presentation change or a properly supported price discussion. Decide who will do it and when you will review the response. Avoid changing everything at once: you will find it harder to understand what helped.
If you are considering selling in Centurion, tell me your suburb, the type of property and your preferred timeframe. We can arrange a personal discussion about your home and the evidence needed for a market assessment. This article is general guidance, not a valuation or a promise of a selling price.
