If you are a property agent considering eXp, start with your working week. Where does your time go? Which tasks need better systems? What support would help you serve clients well?
A move deserves more than an enthusiastic presentation. You need clear answers about how the model fits your business.
Perhaps you want a clearer listing-presentation process, a more useful way to qualify buyer enquiries, or a follow-up plan after a show house. These are examples to explore, not assumptions about your current agency.
Choose one task and walk through what you do today. What information do you need? What keeps slipping? What would a useful result look like?
I use AI in property research, marketing and follow-up. I can demonstrate a practical example and discuss its limits. You remain responsible for checking facts, protecting client information and exercising professional judgement. AI does not replace those responsibilities.
Before deciding, request current written information about fees, commission arrangements, technology, onboarding and support. Ask which services are included, which cost extra and who will help when you need assistance. Confirm the applicable terms rather than relying on someone else's experience.
Then compare those answers with your own priorities. A working model can suit one agent and be a poor fit for another. There is no need to decide during the first conversation.
