Wim Schulte — my genuine authorised author portrait.A full diary can feel like progress. Friday is a useful time to ask what actually moved forward, what a client told you and what you still do not know. For property agents considering a different brokerage, that review also gives you a more useful starting point than a general promise of better support.
Write two short lists. On the first: calls made, enquiries handled, viewings held and reports prepared. On the second: the decisions people actually confirmed, such as an agreed viewing, a requested pricing discussion or a signed instruction. Keep proposed appointments separate from confirmed and held ones. An unanswered enquiry is still pending; it is not automatically a rejection.
Choose one genuine question from the week. Was a buyer unclear about the next step? Did a seller need better evidence behind a recommendation? Record the question privately without adding an imagined motive. Keep names, addresses, budgets and confidential details out of public posts and demonstrations.
A post impression tells you that content was displayed. It does not prove a particular person read the article, wants a call or has agreed to marketing. If your tools do not show link clicks, write “unknown” rather than zero. Compare results over similar periods before judging one headline or channel better.
Use this blank review card:
For example, you could test whether a clearer viewing-confirmation message reduces repeated logistical questions. That is a suggested experiment, not a claim about results. Do not change the message, channel, audience and follow-up timing together and then assume you know what caused the outcome.
If you are exploring eXp with me, bring one part of your week you would like to handle better. We can discuss a practical example and the questions to put to the relevant team. Confirm current local costs, responsibilities, tool access and support in writing; ongoing support and tool access are agreed separately. A demonstration is not a service guarantee.
Start with my career advisor or visit my website. Voluntary feedback on what is useful or unclear is welcome.
