My genuine authorised author portrait, reused from my website; not a client meeting or event.Property agents: a move to another brokerage can raise a practical question long before you announce it. Who will keep each client informed while the arrangements change?
If you are exploring eXp with me, bring that question into our first discussion. A careful transition plan is something to investigate before making commitments. It is not a promise that mandates, files or marketing permissions automatically move with you.
Use five columns: active matter; next client commitment; current responsible person; question to resolve; confirmed next step and date. Start with the next viewing, seller update or document deadline. Keep client identifiers in your approved system, rather than a public worksheet.
Before sharing a live client file with a prospective brokerage, ask how it would handle a fictional transition: a viewing tomorrow, a seller update on Friday and an outstanding document. Who would guide you, what would need approval, and what would remain your responsibility? Ask for the relevant current process in writing.
Do not copy your database or assume access to another system is permission to transfer personal information. Resolve the actual authority and requirements for your situation first.
I am happy to discuss the practical questions behind a possible move, without pressure to decide. Start with my CAS career advisor, or visit my website. Please use a fictional example and leave out client names, documents and private details.
If you would like a personal reply, WhatsApp me AGENT and say which question you want to discuss. That is a request for one conversation, not daily article enrolment.
Call or WhatsApp 071 146 4871. Regular enquiry hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00–11:00 SAST. A dedicated 20-minute conversation needs my confirmation.
